Directives For Our Sales Team

It’s important for our customers to know what directive our sales team gets from management. Are they pushed to meet sales quotas?  Are they encouraged to land as many accounts as possible?  Their motivation is important to you because it will affect how they view your business.  At Capital Supply our singular focus is relationship building and becoming your long term business partner.  These 4 principles are what we use to guide our sales team.  We aren’t perfect and will miss the mark sometimes, but I can assure you this is what we strive for each and every day.
